Website inquiries and vehicle information
This website provides vehicle information and lets you contact Hillbilly Whips Pre-Owned Auto Sales or request financing review. Vehicle prices, availability, and details require confirmation. An inquiry does not reserve a vehicle or confirm an appointment. A credit application does not guarantee financing approval. Review the actual purchase and financing documents before completing a transaction.
Hillbilly Whips text messaging program
You may separately choose either or both of these SMS/MMS categories on our contact form or credit application:
- Marketing: recurring vehicle offers, promotions, and new inventory updates, including messages sent using automated technology.
- Non-marketing: responses to your inquiry, appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your requested vehicle purchase or financing application.
Both choices are optional and unchecked by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase, financing, or submitting a form. Providing your phone number or submitting a form without checking a texting box does not enroll you. Only provide consent for your own mobile number; a co-buyer must give their own consent. Each selection applies only to its stated message category and to Hillbilly Whips Pre-Owned Auto Sales.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your requests, appointments, and selected categories. Marketing messages may recur. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.
Opt out and get help
Reply STOP to any program text message to unsubscribe. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out, after which no further program texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

Delivery
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your wireless service and is not guaranteed. Do not rely on text messages for urgent assistance.
Privacy
Read our Privacy Policy for how we collect, use, and protect information. Mobile information and messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Program changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised effective date. A change in terms does not expand the message categories you consented to receive. We will obtain new consent where required.
